Shipping & Returns

Postage and handling

Camping Solutions delivers only within Australia.

We use Australia Post for deliveries and aim to process and deliver your parcel within 10 working days of receiving your order. Parcel services are subject to weight and size restrictions. Generally, we post parcels up to 20kg in weight, 105cm in length and 140cms in girth. For larger items please contact sales@campingsolutions.com.au for delivery cost. Delivery will be to the delivery address nominated by you between 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday. We do not generally deliver to PO Boxes.

A signature is required on receipt of your parcel. If no one is at home to receive your parcel, a card will be left advising that it can be collected from the nearest post office.

Returns policy

For online purchases

Refunds

To return an item purchased online for a refund, please e-mail sales@campingsolutions.com.au with your name and the name of the item(s) you will be returning, to let us know.

Then place the goods (unused and in their original condition) in a suitable protective packaging (to protect the original packaging) within 21 days from the date of the receipt to: Camping Solutions, 74 Shore Street West, Ormiston, Queensland, 4163.

Camping Solutions is not responsible for any items you return that go missing or become damaged in transit. The customer is responsible for postage costs back to our warehouse when returning an item for a refund or exchange.

Refunds will be credited to the credit card you used to purchase the goods within 1-5 working days of receiving them at our warehouse.

A refund will not be processed if the goods returned do not conform to our returns policy and a return shipping fee will be charged.

Goods purchased online may only be returned to our store for an exchange or credit note, in accordance with our in-store policy (see below).

Warranty policy

All goods supplied are guaranteed by Camping Solutions and the manufacturer. Warranty periods vary according to the product.

Faulty goods

You may return faulty items purchased on-line for a refund or exchange within 3 months of purchase with proof of purchase - receipt or credit card statement.

If you intend to return a faulty item, please notify sales@campingsolutions.com.au for advice before returning the item.

Goods received will be inspected for manufacturing faults.

Please note that items deemed subject to fair wear and tear will not be accepted as faulty. The customer will be notified and the goods returned to them at their own expense.

Refunds for goods deemed faulty, including any postage you paid to receive the goods, will be credited to the credit card you used to purchase the goods.

Goods received in error

If the goods you receive are not what you ordered please notify sales@campingsolutions.com.au as soon as possible so we can put things right.

For in-store purchase

At Camping Solutions we understand that sometimes you change your mind about your purchases.

So provided you return your purchase to our warehouse in its original condition, in its original box and with proof of purchase with 14 days, we will allow you to exchange it for something else or a credit note.

Refunds are not available at Camping Solutions unless items are faulty, so please choose carefully.

Faulty goods

You may return faulty items to Camping Solutions for a refund or exchange within 3 months of purchase with proof of purchase - receipt or credit card statement.

Items deemed subject to fair wear and tear will not be accepted as faulty. It may be necessary to seek a second opinion from the supplier before a refund can be processed.

Privacy Policy

All of your details provided for the purpose of an order or enquiry, are kept confidential and are only used by Camping Solutions for the processing and delivery of your order or where required to by law.
